Nepwise Adventures is a trekking platform designed to connect travelers with safe, transparent, and legally operated treks in Nepal.

To ensure all treks are operated legally, safely, and in full compliance with Nepal’s trekking regulations, Nepwise works with a licensed trekking operator.

At present, treks booked through Nepwise Adventures are operated under the trekking license of our parent company Lhasso Adventure Pvt. Ltd., a government-registered trekking company in Nepal with over a decade of on-ground experience.

How This Partnership Works

Under this arrangement:

• Lhasso Adventure Pvt. Ltd. handles licensed operations, including trekking permits, registered guides and porters, safety compliance, and authorized payment processing.

• Nepwise Adventures manages trip planning, the booking platform, traveler communication, cost transparency, and overall customer support.

This structure allows travelers to benefit from a modern and transparent trekking platform while trekking under a fully licensed and experienced local operator.

Payments, Invoices & Compliance

To comply with Nepal’s trekking regulations and international payment requirements, all trek payments are processed through our licensed trekking operator.

As a result, payments may appear under the name Lhasso Adventure Pvt. Ltd. on your bank statement or payment receipt. This is a standard and legal practice in Nepal’s trekking industry and ensures that permits, guides, and compliance requirements are handled correctly.

You will receive booking confirmation and trip-related communication from Nepwise Adventures, while official payment records and invoices may be issued under Lhasso Adventure Pvt. Ltd.

Our Operating & Local Partners

Nepwise Adventures operates through a licensed trekking operator (Lhasso Adventure Pvt. Ltd.) and works with local guides, porters, and tea house owners to support treks across Nepal.

Our approach focuses on practical responsibility rather than symbolic claims.

Community Support Initiative

Nepwise Adventures actively supports community-focused initiatives in Nepal. One of the organizations we work with is the Mother and Children Art Foundation (MCAF), which focuses on education, creative development, and social support for children and families.

10% of Nepwise’s platform service revenue (excluding on-trail expenses) is committed to supporting MCAF’s programs. Updates and impact stories are shared periodically through our platform and official communication channels.
